Liderlik Tarzlarından Olan Okul Yöneticilerinin Okul İklimine Etkisi “Adıyaman İli Merkez İlçe Örneği”

Abstract
Bu çalışma 2022-2023 eğitim öğretim yılı Adıyaman ili merkez ilçesinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, bu ilin 4 farklı eğitim bölgesindeki ilkokul öğretmenlerinin düşüncelerine göre okul yöneticilerinin liderlikleriyle okul ortamı arasındaki ilişkiyi açıklığa kavuşturmaktır. Araştırmada tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen veriler bilgisayar ortamında Çok Faktörlü Liderlik Ölçeği Anketi, Örgütsel İklim Tanımlama Ölçeği Anketi, Kişisel Bilgi Formu ve Sosyal Bilimler İstatistik Paketi (SPSS) programı kullanılarak elde edilmiştir. Verilerin toplanmasında Pearson analizi ve korelasyon katsayısı gibi istatistiksel yöntemler kullanılmıştır. Bu ilde farklı eğitim bölgelerindeki ilköğretim okullarındaki öğretmenlerin düşüncesine göre okul, okul yöneticilerinin en dönüşümcü liderlik davranışlarını sergilemekte olsalar da okul iklimde ahlak ve anlayışın yüksek olmasına rağmen çözüm bulmada yetersiz kalmaktadırlar. Ayrıca araştırma sonuçlarına bakıldığında okul yöneticilerinin sergilemiş oldukları liderlikle okul ortamı arasında anlamlı bir durumun olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

Abstract
This study was carried out in the central district of Adıyaman province in the 2022-2023 academic year. The aim of this study is to clarify the relationship between the leadership style of school administrators and the school environment, according to the opinions of primary school teachers in 4 different educational regions of this province. Survey model was used in the research. The data obtained in the research were obtained in a computer environment using the Multi-Factor Leadership Scale Survey, Organizational Climate Description Scale Survey, Personal Information Form and Social Sciences Statistical Package (SPSS) program. Statistical methods such as Pearson analysis and correlation coefficient were used to collect data. According to the opinions of teachers working in primary schools in different educational regions in this province, although school administrators exhibit the most transformational leadership behaviors, they are insufficient to find solutions despite the high level of morality and understanding in the school climate. Additionally, when the research results were examined, it was determined that there was a significant relationship between the leadership exhibited by school administrators and the school environment.
