Abstract
Bu makele, bedî‘ sanatlarının ayetlerdeki kullanımlarını göstermek amacıyla hazırlanmıştır. Sözün açık, net ve anlaşılır olmasına belâgat denilmiştir. Câhiliye döneminde Araplar, dilleri ve kabile içinden çıkardıkları şairleri ile övünmüşler ve birbirlerine karşı üstünlük aracı saydıkları belâgata (şiire) çok önem vermişlerdir. Şeref ve itibar kaynağı olan şairler adeta toplumun gizli kahramanları sayılmış, halkı savaş ve barışa yönlendirmede büyük etkileri olmuştur. Bu dönemde, şairlik becerilerinin sergilendiği yarışmalar düzenlenmiş ve dereceye giren şiirler Kâbe’nin duvarına asılarak ödüllendirilmiştir. Kur’an ise, belâgatın zirvede olduğu bu çağda inmiş ve eşsiz belâgatıyla adeta çağlara meydan okumuştur. Bu eşsiz belâgat karşısında şairler hayranlıklarını gizleyememişlerdir. İslam’ın gelmesi ile birlikte âlimler Kur’an’ın îcâzını daha iyi anlayabilmek için belâgata yönelmişler ve Kur’an’da var olan sanatları ortaya koymaya çalışmışlardır. Bu çalışma ile Kur’an-ı Kerîm’in inceliklerinin daha iyi kavranabilmesi için onda var olan bazı bedî‘ sanatların tanıtılması ve Kur’an’ın eşsiz belâgatının ortaya konulması amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmamız neticesinde birçok bedî‘ sanatı tespit edilmiş ve bir kısmına bu çalışmada yer verilmiştir. Bunlardan bazısı lafzî bazısı da manevî sanatlardır. Bu çalışmada Meânî ve beyân alanlarına giren sanatlara ise değinilmemiştir.

Abstract
This article has been prepared to show the use of bedi' arts in the verses. Speaking clearly, concisely and understandably is called eloquence. During the Age of Ignorance, Arabs were proud of their language and the poets they produced from among their tribes, and they attached great importance to eloquence, which they considered a means of superiority over each other. Poets, a source of honor and reputation, were considered as the secret heroes of the society and had a great impact on directing the people towards war and peace. During this period, competitions were held where poetic skills were exhibited and the winning poems were rewarded by hanging them on the wall of the Kaaba. The Quran was revealed in this age when eloquence was at its peak and it literally challenged the ages with its unique eloquence. Poets could not hide their admiration for this unique eloquence. With the coming of Islam, scholars turned to rhetoric in order to better understand the miracle of the Quran and tried to reveal the arts in the Quran. The aim of this study is to introduce some of the artistic arts that exist in the Quran in order to better understand the intricacies of the Quran and to reveal the unique eloquence of the Quran. As a result of our research, many bedi' arts were identified and some of them are included in this study. Some of these are literal and some are spiritual arts. In this study, the arts that fall within the fields of meaning and declaration are not mentioned.
