Abstract
Son asırlarda İslâm dünyası batılı düşünce akımları ile tanışmış, bunun bir sonucu olarak da bazı inanç ve amel hükümleri tartışma konusu yapılmıştır. Bu doğrultuda eleştiri yöneltilen noktalardan biri de had cezalarıdır. Had cezaları yapısı itibariyle istisnai uygulamalardır, günlük hayatta sürekli karşılaşılan konulardan değildir. Ama İslâm’ı kötülemek isteyenlerce eleştiri konusu yapıldığı için gündem olmakta, günümüz tefsir meseleleri arasında sayılmaktadır. Bu bağlamda tefsir meseleleri arasında görülen had cezalarından birisi de recmdir. Tefsir tarihinde önemli bir yeri olan müfessir Ebû Mansûr el-Mâtürîdî, Te’vîlâtü’l-Kur’ân eserinde âyetleri sadece naklî yönden değil aklî yönden de yorumlamıştır. Makalede; Mâtürîdî’nin tefsirinde zina cezaları ile ilgili yorumları incelenmekte, konunun aklî yönü bu yorumlar bağlamında ele alınmaktadır.

Abstract
In recent centuries, the Islamic world has become acquainted with western streams of thought, and as a result of this, some provisions of faith and deeds have been made the subject of discussion. One of the points of criticism directed in this respect is hadd punishments. Hadd penalties are exceptional practices in terms of their structure. They are not issues that are constantly encountered in daily life. But these penalties are on the agenda, and are considered among the present Tafsir problems. Because they are the subject of criticism by those who want to decry Islam. In this context, one of the hadd punishments seen among the tafsir issues is racm. The commentator Abu Mansur al-Maturidi who has an important place in the history of Tafsir, interpreted the verses in his book called Ta'wilat al-Qur'an not only from a transmissional point of view, but also from a mental point of view. In the article; Maturidi's comments on the punishments for adultery in his exegesis are examined and the rational aspect of the subject is dealt with in the context of these comments.
