Abstract
Günümüz dünyasında, farklı din, etnik ve farklı mezhep yapısına sahip ulusları, mutlu ve huzurlu bir şekilde insanların bir arada yaşamalarını kolaylaştıracak ve farklı kimliklerin barışını temin edecek prensipleri mükemmel şekilde dizayn eden Kur’an’dır. O, bütün insanların barış içinde, yaşamın her alanında adaletin ve hakkın tesisi için mükemmel kurallar koymuş, farklı kültürlerin kaynaşmasını sağlayacak prensipler temin etmiştir. Kuşkusuz Kur’an’ın rehberliğinde Hz. Muhammed’in uygulamaları söz ve davranışları, çeşitli alanlarda farklı kimliklere sahip unsurları bir arada mutlu ve huzurlu şekilde hayatlarını idame etmelerinin teminatı olmuştur. Bu metin içerisinde yakalayacağımız temel çerçeve; Kur’an’a göre farklılıkların hak ve ödevlerde adâlet ve hakkaniyet ölçülerine bağlı, hukuka ve yasal eşitliğe dayalı, sosyal, çoğulcu, katılımcı, iştirake açık ve tevhidi (üniter) bir siyasal çatı altında, karşılıklı menfaatleri gözetleyici gibi, tabii hukuk diye de addedilebilecek prensipler altında örgütlenmiş toplumsal bir yapı olarak tanımlanabilir. Bu toplum dinamikleri, esasında, aynı topraklar üzerinde yaşayan ancak değişik dinlere mensup insanların hak ve hürriyetlerini güvence altına almak, onları korumak, toplumlar arasında iyiliği ve barışı yaygınlaştırmak, müşterek vatanın korunmasını temin etmek, aynı siyasal yapıya yeni üyeleri teşvik etmek, topluluk üyelerinin her türlü hak ve hürriyetlerini, dinî ve kültürel değerlerinin korunmasını sağlamak gibi gerekçelerini oluşturan esasları içermesi açısından da önemlidir. İslam’ın bu hususta ortaya koymuş olduğu prensipler, örnekleri ile açıklanarak bu çalışmada vurgulanmaya çalışılmıştır.

Abstract
In today's world, it is the Qur'an that perfectly designs the principles that will facilitate the happy and peaceful coexistence of nations with different religions, ethnicities and different sects and ensure the peace of different identities. He laid down perfect rules for the establishment of justice and right in all areas of life for all people in peace, and provided principles that would ensure the fusion of different cultures. Undoubtedly, under the guidance of the Qur'an, Hz. The practices of Muhammad, his words and behaviors, have been the guarantee of the elements with different identities in various fields to lead their lives together in a happy and peaceful way. The basic framework we will capture in this text; According to the Qur'an, differences can also be considered as natural law, depending on the criteria of justice and equity in rights and duties, based on law and legal equality, under a social, pluralistic, participatory, open to participation and unitary political roof, as if watching for mutual interests. It can be defined as a social structure organized under principles. These social dynamics are, in fact, to secure the rights and freedoms of people living on the same lands but belonging to different religions, to protect them, to spread goodness and peace among societies, to ensure the protection of the common homeland, and to encourage new members to the same political structure, It is also important in terms of including the principles that constitute the grounds such as ensuring the protection of all kinds of rights and freedoms and religious and cultural values of the members of the community. The principles that Islam has revealed in this regard have been tried to be emphasized in this study by explaining with examples.
