Siyasal Toplumsallaşma Bağlamında Formel Eğitim Kurumlarında Yurttaşlık ve Demokrasi Eğitimi Üzerine Bir Değerlendirme

Abstract
Eğitim, misyon ve işleyişi açısından incelendiğinde toplumsal bir olgu ve kurumdur. Eğitimin toplumsal olgu olması, diğer olgularla etkileşim içerisinde olmasını sağlar. Bu iletişim zorunludur. Toplumsal kurum olan eğitim toplumun sürekliliğini sağladığı gibi toplumun yönetim tarafından istenilen istikamette yönlendirilmesine, değiştirilmesine, olgunlaştırılmasına veya ileriye yönelik işlevlerini karşılar. Her toplumsal kurum gibi eğitim de çeşitli toplumsal işlevler gereği var olur. Fakat eğitimin işlevleri çağdan çağa ve toplumdan topluma değişiklik gösterebilir. Eğitim çağdaş dünyadan geleneksel toplumlarda üstelendiği işlevden daha fazlasını yerine getirmek durumundadır. Ana hatlarıyla eğitim; siyasi, ekonomik, psikolojik ve toplumsal işlevler üstlenir. Toplumda ortak değerler ve ortak bir ülkünün yaygınlaşması da eğitimle sağlanır. Her eğitim sistemi açık ve örgütlü eğitim içerikleri ile bireylerin toplumun ortak değerlerini içselleştirmesini amaçlar. Eğitim sürecinde gerçekleştirilen ritüellerle bireylerin ortak duygulara sahip olması beklenir. Araştırmada öncelikle tarama yöntemine başvurulmuştur. Çalışmanın ilk bölümünde giriş, ardından gelen ikinci bölümde ise daha önceden yapılan çalışmalar başlıkları bulunmaktadır. Üçüncü bölümde genel olarak yönetim konu başlığı altında okul, demokrasi, eğitim ve demokrasi eğitimi konuları ele alınmıştır. Bu bölümün ardından dördüncü bölüm olan eğitimde toplumsal siyasallaşma konu başlığı yer almaktadır. Konu başlığı altında eğitim, demokrasi, demokrasi eğitimi konuları ayrıntılı bir şekilde anlatılmış ve eğitim kurumu olan okulların işleyişi, verdiği eğitim ve topluma kazandırdıkları incelenmiştir. Son bölümümüzde sonuç kısmı bulunmaktadır.

Abstract
When its purpose and operation are considered, education can be considered both a social phenomena and an institution. Education can interact with other phenomena because it is a social phenomenon. This interaction is necessary. As a social institution, education maintains the continuity of society and fulfills the functions of altering society, maturing society, or preparing society for the future. Education is a social institution that exists because it is necessary for many different social functions. However, the purposes of education can vary from generation to generation and from civilization to society. The role that education plays in traditional civilizations in the modern world must be expanded upon. In broad strokes, education performs political, economic, psychological, and social roles. Education also promotes shared values and the growth of a common nation in society. With its open and structured instructional contents, every educational system seeks to help students internalize the shared values of society. People are anticipated to have similar emotions in response to the rituals carried out during the training process. The scanning method was first employed in the study. The introduction is in the first section of the research, while the titles of the earlier studies are in the second section. Under the subject of management in general, the third chapter discusses themes related to education, democracy, and schools. The fourth section, which addresses social politicization in education, follows this one. Education, democracy, democracy was the title of the topic, and it covered how schools, which are educational institutions, operate as well as the education they offer and the social contributions they make. A conclusion section is included in our last portion.
